(PLZZZ don't mind, i'm being honest) And Must say... GR88 click!
I really love the colours and textures of the background. The vignette effect you've created works really nicely and evokes a fantastic sense of emotion; creates a very poignant atmosphere.
The only difference I might suggest is a darkening the areas where light hits your hair - I feel that these highlights detract a little from the main focal point of your hands, which otherwise fantastically dominate the image.
While it does break up the image a little, composition wise, I love the bra strap - it makes a less original idea your own and really adds a more unique touch to it.
